We stand by the quality and craft of KOBA bags. If your item has a manufacturing defect or wrong item delivered, we offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

EXCHANGE ELIGIBILITY

• Items must be unused, unwashed and in original condition.
• Proof of purchase (Order number or receipt) is required.
• Custom embroidered items are final sale unless damaged upon arrival.
